CONDENSATION
Condensation is a common cause for aftercare calls. These droplets naturally form when airborne water vapour comes into contact with surfaces, such as windows.
Seeing condensation on the outer panes of your window means that they’re performing exactly as they should be by preventing that air from progressing through the panes.
Only if droplets appears between the inner panes of a glazed unit should you be concerned. If that is the case, please do get in touch.
